Emails not working

A buddy is unable to register because he's not getting confirmation emails.

I also do not receive any emails when I submit my email for forgot username or forgot password.

Try to add info@conquerclub.com as one of your email contacts.

I never recieved e-mails from here on a hotmail account. I am using Yahoo and it's fine. You can make a yahoo e-mail account for free.

seems like this should be looked into if you can't use specific email servers? probably getting blocked by spam filters.

seems like there is no DMARC policy in place? could explain why yahoo/gmail/ block emails from conquerclub.com?

Maybe you need to check to be sure.

While looking at your User Control Panel, click on Profile then click on Edit Account Settings. You should see what current email you have connected with your account.

I wasn't using this account to try to get emails. I was attempting to get a username sent to me for a Yahoo email account that I previously registered. I didn't want to use this account for fear of breaking it since emails don't work from conquer club.

My buddy was never able to register. I was able to help him create a new account by using a proton email address...if that's what you're referring to.

You should really fix emails to Gmail/yahoo though.
