Ugh...
So scum killed Fusi the Cop! because, ...why?
Fusi hardly posted Day 1, and nothing substantial...

I guess he was chosen either randomly or because he has a semi-deserved 'good player' rep...
...or else Scum had some kinda Day 1 intel PR.

Somebody probably should have some info, we cannot just have D2 be an extension of D1. I do not understand Fusi kill, as Vot also said, he hardly participated here.

There could be several reasons for a Fusi kill. It probably falls under the blind luck going for someone who wasn't likely to be protected (I guess in role madness games, there are protective roles). Or scum could've gone for someone else and we have a rogue vig that shot the town cop. All of this, however, is conjecture.

@Max, what did you do last night with your oracle powers?

I know one player who on the basis of my night action was less likely/unlikely to have carried out the kill on Fusi.
Thats all I'm saying for now though.

And if your night action involves someone who seemingly has nothing to do with the death of Fusi, you should keep it to yourself lest you out an important role.

I'm not sure on that rag, could be useful for town to know who, then when I die the strength or not of the evidence gets revealed.

So I was thinking of revealing late today?

Up for debate + whether I should have said what I have so far or not?
- still very much learning.

you can reveal without actually revealing, by it influencing your reads.

It's good to be able to exclude someone from carrying out the kill, but we're likely looking at 2 scum and maybe a 3p (though only 1 kill), so it isn't a hard clear. And a hard clear generally just means they get killed overnight.

Fwiw I think you shouldnt have said that in general because it outs you as an investigative role which is usually slightly higher on the priority list of killing.

Also Loose feels genuine and if I'm wrong on that, consider me completely fooled by Loose this game.

What is the upside?

Let's say you reveal that X visited Y. Scum will learn two important things from that: 1) X thinks that Y has acted weirdly enough to be checked (one way or another), or X thinks that Y has acted town (or is in general deemed a strong player) enough to deserve protection. 2) X has an outgoing action that can be tampered with or similar.

Moreover, both X and/or Y can be scum doing something not related to killing. You revealing your info will give any scum in that mix town cred.

I'm against you revealing it...

FP'ed by EW. Will read now.

Nothing much is happening - so based on very light suspicion from end of D1 after Max's claim;

Vote Max

Sorry if I seem scattered. I got involved in a third mafia game called 'RL'.
I don't know who is modding it, but it has been wild!
I'll get read up by Friday or so.

...but since it's never a bad idea: Vote Max.

I think town can really benefit by at least having a soft reveal, maybe just mention the name of the person, but not how you got to know it. As EW also mentioned, it might help us to focus on others, now and later in the game.

I disagree Charle.

Ew Kong and Charle came out of the blocks saying didn't learn anything.

Onus is on each of you guys to throw around suspicions now then.
That's how I see it.

What I meant was that my night action did not result in anything I/we can use, not even a suspicion. I am completely honest about that.

It would be great to work with any kind of result that town received, apart from just voting somebody because of inactivity. We have burned our fingers with that before in every game.

The downside of saying right now, who there is a degree of evidence of innocence wrt killing of fusi, is scum might have deflected and so might. have evidence whether deflection worked.

Don't see any upside saying right now except to satisfy your curiosity.

Ok, point taken, you will know best. I must say, at this stage I do not have a clue who scum might be.

Scum could have used a deflector ability last night.
I'm sure they would love to know if there is evidence it worked.

Actually max, I'd be reluctant to vote you if there's a better target.

I'm toying with idea of Ew, Kong or Charle because of their early nothing to report stuff.

Problem is that's 3 equally suss for same reason, whereas I'm mildly suss of you for a different reason.

Loose, I just do not understand your point. How is, opening my eyes the next morning realising I was unable to gather any clue during the night, make me scum? We have very little to work with at the moment, not easy to make up something.

This gives me another mindset now. The fact that you know of someone who was not involved in killing Fusi might be just a complete made-up story? Who can we trust in this game though?

Charle you are digging into WHAT the evidence was and WHO it concerned too much.
That information is more useful to scum than town - at the moment - in my opinion.

You asked if my role had limitations. It does. More like a caveat actually. Whatever I "learned" last night will only be reavealed upon my death.
