Trump Threatens to Annex Canada

Justin Trudeau was summoned to Mar-a-Lago by President Trump this week.

Tonight we're getting some new details about that Trump-Trudeau dinner from two people who were at the table. We're told that when Trudeau told President-elect Trump that new tariffs would kill the Canadian economy, Trump joked to him that if Canada can't survive without ripping off the U.S. to the tune of $100 billion per year, then maybe Canada should become the 51st state, and Trudeau can become its governor.

I don't support this. All the provinces except Ontario, Quebec, and PEI should be annexed to the United States as individual states; PEI should be merged with Nova Scotia. Quebec should become an independent nation. Ontario should become a constituent country of the UK. The U.S. will take the NWT and Yukon as federal territories, and the UK will take Nunavut as a British Overseas Territory.
