Way I read jailkeeper is if he thinks the interrogated is innocent he gives a safeword so he doesn't get lynched. Probably of most use if the interrogated claims to be detective or another jailkeeper.
But in most instances I would think jailkeeper should kill the interrogated whatever the interrogated says.
Maybe I'm mistaken in how jailkeeper role works or should be applied though?
I would think we should apply lynching vote pressures during day always even though if jailkeeper does work how I think it does, we shouldn't always try to force a lynch.
What do you lesser rock stars think?
This is a different jailkeeper than the Mafiagg jailkeeper. This one (the more common one) protects AND roleblocks a player.
Even black metal mafia is slow around Christmas. You guys are busy burning down churces (dang stone walls are difficult to get going) while sipping eggnog. I'm lenient on the this particular D1 in terms of deadline.
My initial suspicion of Charle following Max's sus of him was partly because he posted before I'd received my role.
Now I know I didn't receive my.role because rag pmd cannon not canon initially that lowers my suspicion of Charle a bit but not entirely.
That being said I'll cast my initial vote for no reason except not posting so far.
12 players in a semi open metal state of mind. So if i get it right thats:
semi open 1 = 3 goons vs 9 town (and town has 2 jailkeepers and 1 cop) - town has at least 6 nights (on no lynch) before it goes 3-3
vs
semi open 2 = 2 goons vs 10 town (and town has 1 jailkeeper) - town has at least 8 nights (on no lynch) before it goes 2-2 and the jailkeeper is a sort of cop too.. If there is only one goon left who is targeted by the jailkeeper the last remaining goon can not nightkill (as he is behind bars) and with no nightkill the target must be the last goon...
The jailkeeper(s) can protect its target from goon night kill, but also Roleblocks its target, so: protect the cop then the cop gets behind bars and is safe but also roleblocked...
Also 2 jailkeepers can self target (and have double chance to mistarget the cop) so i like our odds way more in semi-open 2 (just 1 jailkeeper and only 2 goons to find).
In semi-open 1 you have 3 goons so the goon factional kill can never be blocked until the first goon dies and even then, both jailkeepers -independent from each other- targetting both remaining goons is against all odds..

Actually sonic I do have a bit of a genuine suspicion on you right now.
You started off with a lot of flavour posting, but now have gone relatively quiet/vanilla.
That's how I think you'd play as mafia currently.
