Please put him in your Foe list. Sometimes we will encounter players who has a different approach when things don't go the way they want or expect to. They try to get a reaction and provoke you into an argument which is what they are looking for.

Respectfully, you're putting the onus on others to foe this player rather than dealing with his behaviour, I thought the rule was quite clear, "don't intentionally make this community less enjoyable for the others". Clearing is mpowering imho.
