Conditional Borders in map inspect

Concise description:
It is widely known that conditional borders are not the most clear in the map inspect which can lead to confusion for new players of the maps that use them especially Krazy Kingdoms

The issue is that map inspect shows all of the borders of territories with conditions with no separation of which ones are valid for you currently. And which ones would become valid if you meat X condition.
