There are still players that set up 6 or 8 person trip and quad games on complex maps such as Labyrinth and Spanish Armada, with complex settings such as manual and freestyle, inviting skilled players on their own teams and low ranked unskilled players on the opposing teams. There are also still inexperienced players that accept out of courtesy or friendliness or, hey, I might learn something.

1. Don't be that guy
2. Don't be on that guy's team
3. Don't accept the invite unless you are good at that map, and settings and are able to coordinate your turns with your teammates or the game will be over very quickly, you will learn nothing and just gave away some cheap points.

yeah yeah, foe and move on, I got it. By all means don't do anything structural about this egregious and abusive behavior.
