If the dice are so random?
If the dice are so random then why (in a two player game) don't both players have bad luck or good luck at the same time?
The same for card's?

If they both had the same luck at the same time then it wouldn't be random.
The fact that you can get good, bad or normal luck, at any point in the game (regardless of what your opponent has faced) is a good definition of randomness.

If your both getting your dice from the same source then you should both have the same luck surely.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS LUCK.
There is chance and probability. And your opponent has the same chance of rolling a one as you do.
Seriously, man, download the dice analyzer, play 25 games or so, and you'll see the stats even out.

or more
from mine: Attacker threw 181535 dice.
i have the exact numbers you would expect from a random source of dice...
some days i cant lose, some i cant win...some i win some lose some...
If the attacking dice, the dice you always see, were any better, this would cease to be a game, and would be more about going first...
ive practically taken other teams out on round two, not losing anything, and been taken out on round 3, not winning anything....
the numbers you are getting from your dice, are created randomly, and then pulled randomly as you attack...sometimes by hundreds at a time....even if the numbers werent completely random to begin with, the sheer act of having so many people pull from the list at one time would randomize it
focus on strategy, and not expecting to win every roll

The dice aren't changing. Get over it.
Everyone's fine with them except a few malcontents. Dice analyzer stats indicate that they're normal. And we all deal with the same hinderances or helps from the dice, so it evens out whether or not they're random.
Focus on having a good time, man. Forget about the dice.

See, but here's the issue- most of the people who have the power change the dice problem don't want to talk about it. Because it keeps getting posted again... and again... and again... when there's perfectly valid stats which completely disprove this whole "the dice are rigged!" thing.
I'm just advising you to play the game. Don't worry about it, the random generator hasn't tagged your ip address for bad dice rolls, I promise.

comic boy wrote:The bottom line is that over time everything averages out - dice - cards - opening drops. Consequently your points and rank over a period of time will depend entirely on game selection and skill.
What comic boy says is true, but only for those who have download the dice analyzer... Let me explain... the Dice Program knows if you've downloaded it, and once you have it behaves because it knows it will get caught (kinda like how we don't speed when there's a cop next to you)
And AAFitz was the perfect example... his stats were really skued at first... then he got the dice analyzer and it all evened out... see what i mean...
So get the dice analyzer... it's the only way to protect yourself from the sick twisted evil of Die-orama (nickname of the lead programmer for the RDGP Random Dice Generator Program)

1,1,1,1,1 is just as random as 6,3,3,2,4
Think how many sets of 5 dice rolls happen in a given day on this site. It seems to be detection bias--people are more apt to notice 1,1,1,1,1 or 6,6,6,6,6 than 4,3,4,5,1.
The stats were shown and for all practical purposes all 6 sides of the die show up equally. Statistics are a pretty good argument in this case.
