The Origin of the Name
There's some pretty interesting names on this site, and I'd be shocked and awed to discover that they didn't all have SOME sort of meaning... whether it's your name plus your favorite number, your email plus some RANDOM number, or something that's actually got a bit of thought and meaning behind it...
I own all my friends when we play tabletop, but by the time we're all over and done, it's usually past midnight... So I'm kind of like the Grim Reaper, but I always end up spending the night, hence The Grim Sleeper.

"Nobunaga", the given name of Oda Nobunaga, 16th Century Japanese warlord who defeated literally hundreds of rival warlords in one of the most successful military campaigns in the history of the world.
... I'm an closet historian (Asian). Thought it appropriate for Conquer Club, eh.
... (Nobunaga was assassinated by his top general - can't trust anybody!).

Squirrely...My freshmen year of high school, I tried out for the Varsity Soccer team. There were manditory summer practices prior to the cuts. One of the activities durring the morning practices were to give every person (make the team, or not) a nickname. Mine was Squirrely. Brilliantly thought of by my coach. Ever since then I have been called by my nickname by anyone who has ever heard of it's meaning, or people who were at soccer games and overheard it.

Have you ever been shot at with a high powered rifle?
There are three distinct sounds.
BOOM: The explosion in the chamber of the rifle and the bullet leaving the muzzle.
WHACK: As a slug passes you by it makes a small 'sonic boom' that really stings the ear. Similar to the cracking of a bullwhip.
THUMP: The sound of the round penetrating something beyond you.
If you only hear the first two sounds check yourself for holes.
You can gage the distance between you and the sniper from the time interval between the 'boom' and the 'whack'. However, if the sniper is close and has a supersonic round the 'whack' can come before the 'boom'.
