Dear sir, madam, or otherwise:

I understand that the following request may cause you and others to desire my immediate and painful destruction. Nevertheless, I feel that I must make it, for the sake of all those of us who like to browse the forums, but who lack a good, high-speed Internet connection. I also understand that this request may cause you to feel that you cannot do anything right on this forum! However, I would like to assure you that such is not my intention, nor is it (I trust) the intention of any other member of this community.
Please change your signature! The constant looping of the video clip currently contained in your signature space causes my computer to take a good deal of time - indeed, an excessive amount of time - when loading any forum page on which you have commented (and thus, on which your signature appears.) As we know, this category of forum pages involves very nearly all of the recent pages on this forum. As a result, my participation in the community has been severely restricted! I must ask - nay, implore you, gracious sir/madam/otherwise: for the good of the community, change your signature!
Thank you for your kind consideration of my request, and thank you in advance for your graciousness in making life (and gaming) a bit easier for those of us with slow Internet connections. We are in your debt, sir/madam/otherwise!

i just thought i would add that it doesnt slow my internet connection down and i only pay £9.99 a month so you lot either stop moaning or get a FUCKING better internet conection you cheap BASTARDS!

Your right ronaldinho, Nikolai should simply upgrade his internet connection and pay more for internet so he doesnt have to wait for the page to load because of your sig. Thanks for coming up with the easy solution!

Enough of the over-the-top stuff...

Seriously, I would love to upgrade my connection. Unfortunately, there are two problems. You see, I'm a college student. This should immediately point you to the first problem: I'm poor. Duh. However, this isn't as big a deal as the second: I live on-campus, and our campus uses a network Internet connection. So... if I wanted to upgrade my connection, I'd need to come up with a lot of money, five or six figures worth, to donate to the college for better Internet. :cry:

Could you just please change your sig?

Me? well at the moment im on broadband 1/2 mg but am shortly changing to bt for cheaper and getting 8 mg so it should be good
