As it is my first tourny then it will be simple and short so I wouldn’t have much possibilities to screw it up. If this one works then I might use the same idea but in wider scale
Based on the Comic Book Fantastic Four, lending the idea from abandoned tournaments and using the help of Wikipedia.
We are gonna witness how world-known superheroes who gained superpowers after exposure to cosmic rays during a scientific outer space mission will prove that there’s only one real Mr. Fantastic, one real Invisible Woman, one real Human Torch and one real Thing.
Premium membership is not required but you need to have 3 slots open so you could start all 3 games as soon as the tournament starts. You have 48 hours to join the game, otherwise you will be replaced.
This is how it’s gonna be.
All games will be 4-player Standard, Sequental, Flat Rate, Unlimited.
Map: Space (as Fantastic Four got their superpowers during scientific outer space mission).
Each Group (marked with Roman numbers) will play 3 games. So there will be 3 games with 4 Mr. Fantastics, 3 games with 4 Invisible Women, 3 games with 4 Human Torches and 3 games with 4 Things.
Players will get points for the following actions:
Joining a game: 1 point
Eliminating a player: 1 point
Winning a game: 2 points
If by the end of 3 games there are people in one group with equal points then there will be one more game between those people (all the same settings, except the number of players).
I’m counting the points myself. Though it would be cool if the winner of the game would send me a message with the game number that is finished (the game number as a topic of the message).
Each winner of the Group has proven to be the real member of the Fantastic Four and winners of every group will be a „somewhat dysfunctional yet loving family” (also know as winners of this tourny).
Now, just pick a character and you are in to fight for the place in the Fantastic Four.
