lol theres a popular card game called Magic the Gathering (MTG) and its made by Wizards of the Coast (WOTC). and there is a branch of wotc that decides if cards get banned or restricted and changes in rules. this branch is known as the DCI

I didn't know what it was until the last couple of years, I just want to know if there are any serious fans or if anyone even knows what it is.

it was pretty much mandatory, but awesome. Cavaliers won by 0.25
