Premium Membership

I'm considering upgrading to a premium membership but I dont know how to go about doing it. I see where it says Premium membership, so i click there. Then It says "click here to upgrade" but there is nowhere for me to click. So what do I do? Help, 4 games at once just isnt enough for me anymore lol.
