Tournament Ideas: Free to a Good Home
EDIT: If anyone has any tournaments that they would like run, post here and we can try to get a tournament specifically for you!!
I'm starting this thread as a place where people can trade ideas for tourneys. If you've got a good idea, but don't currently have the time/motivation/skills to pull it off right now, feel free to post it here for someone else to use if they want. If you see something here that you'd like to try working on, just drop a note to let everyone know.

world tourney
How about an actual world league, complete with standings and schedule and stats, etc...And screw that rest of the world bullshit! Canada has enough players to stand for itself!

There could be more rounds in it too, for example you could say that for Language Arts (English) you have to do a cross word puzzle. A bit lame, I know, but I really did do crossword puzzles for English, even up to 7th grade. I still have to do crossword puzzles for spanish. So what do you guys think of the idea? If you do like it, feel free to take it and make it your own, if you dont like it then keep it to yourself.
I suggested this idea in the bushwackers user group and nobody made the idea, so maybe someone who isnt so "mature" or "elite" will make it.

i like this idea

I think it would be cool to run a tournament like an NFL season. You would need 32 teams of 2 broken down into 2 conferences and the conferences broken down into 4 divisions each.
Each team would be named for one of the teams in the NFL and would play a 16 game schedule with the top 6 teams from each conference making the playoffs.
The playoffs would decide the Super Bowl Champion of Conquer Club.
