Play about with it a bit... even if its just a little to make it different to make it count as an update...

If you have anything that your not 100% happy with then you could have a play with that.... if not then maybe try some different arrows going to the islands as some didn't like them....

Anything to give you an excuse for an update realy

The XML doesn't do this. Bombardments cause a neutral to take over the area. I'd suggest making each airport able to only attack the European side or the Asian side respectively.

Are those the old Byzantine era walls I see in the Coastal district? If so then are they unpassible because if they are shouldn't the bonus be increased?

bombardment from the airports sounds good to me. one can bomb any other territory, and after the enemy is defeated, a neutral army takes over.
i'm using adobe photoshop to make this map...so changes aren't too difficult for me.
now is it time for the foundry?

Territory #, Continent #. I see you already mentioned special features.
