'Wow, really'? 'Did all 28 slots get filled in this game', Streaker wondered... As he was scratching his head over and over to balance out this game... 'Ofcourse, I told you it would be popular', Dakky mentioned, as he did his very best to undo any balance Streaker tried to achieve. 'Now Now guys, you really can't have this and this in a mafia game and still call it a mafia game', Epitaph desperately tried reason. Alas, to little avail. 'May God have mercy on their souls', was the last Epitaph said as he got stabbed in the back.

Epitaph1, Mod NPC, was killed for no obvious reason.

In the meanwhile, as the players were getting ready to play this game, they felt a strange gloom descending over them.
A special effect is in play for Day 1: Lynch Majority requires 4 less votes.


Day 1 starts NOW!


You have until January 19, 07.00 CC time to reach a majority. No majority results in No Lynch, and all players who not voted at deadline will be modkilled. There will be no deviation from this rule.
With 28 alive, and the special effect, it takes 11 to lynch.

normally with 28 players alive it would take 15 to lynch, with the special effect of -4 i make that 11 to lynch

me thinks the mods cannot do takeaways :D

I have to admit, I'm a bit comfused too. With 28 alive and no spacial effect, it would take 15 (i.e.14 + 1) to lynch. With the special effect reducing this by 4, that woud be 11, no?

There was a lot of discusion about this in my first game, and I can see both sides of teh argument. Kiling on D1 gives us someting to go on for D2. On the ohter hand, chanses are we'll kill a Town. In that other gam, that is what hapened: we killed a Town on D1 an annover on D2, an came close to loosing. Both those guys looked realy scumy too, but they were inocent. So, what do peeple think about this?

Go ahead and lunch if you're hungry.

As far as lynching goes, most of what I've seen says lynch. You might get lucky and kill scum, or you at least get people to commit one way or another and you try to use that later. If you don't lynch, then you have no idea where people stand.

      Because of the plethora of possible roles in this game. Presumably your idea is, vig claims so the doc knows who to protect. But this game is far too large and far too non-standard for that to be a good idea before we have an idea of what abilities people have. Just as an example, what if mafia have a watcher? Then we just lost the doc on N2. On the other hand, if the vig stays anonymous, they have a 28-strong field protecting them via security through obscurity.

        I like this post. There are too many roles that could obstruct the vig. Also too many roles that could have more priority of protection than a vig in this game. I am also rather interested in the obvious bait D1 on calling the Vig to come out. I'm calling it bait, because vig can be a scum fakeclaim and I think you're trying to snag noobs with that strat.
