moving the southern island north and then linking it to the northern island doesn't make any sense... now you've completely changed the geography of Japan.

i think if you can settle on a layout this map and come up with territory titles this might deserve to be moved out of ideas... you've put a lot of hard work in and clearly you want to see it progress.

I can't read the black at all...
still didn't found a sea texture? maybe make your own one like we usually do...
make the train lines something special...
try to make a nice legend...(a japanese scroll maybe?)
Add some typical Japanese things in the water and make the water at the borders lighter.
I assume the A is a harbor? make it look like a harbor...I don't like 'teleportation'
keep on trying, make it look professional
good work so far

Well the train rails are not going to be that correct...there are train stations in every region...maybe a tram...or a subway...it that case you can connect everything...So I think we just need to add some subway stations to make the gameplay interesting...

it's looking a lot better unit_2. personally i think you should use a different land texture, but that's just me

i think you need a way to differentiate the colours from each other, they are very samey at the moment.

also all the edges and territory lines are very jagged.

yeah, i we were planing to change it, i think he is working on it.

i also changed the colors and sent it to him, i think the one i sent him doesn't have the jagged edges.

so it looks like its not to much to do, thanks tec

ya I'm working on it...but I have not much time, I need to redraw the land because I can't work with it right now...I also have to redraw the American revolutionary war since it looks like copyright or something...

Is this supposed to be ancient or modern Japan?

Its looking good, but the borders are too pixely, its hard to distinguish which continent is which by looking at the key, that red dot in the middle looks out of place, what are those icons on the map? key cities? obviously needs sea routes (but im sure youre working on that), the texture is a little bit strong. Idk what to say about gameplay because there are no sea routes yet.

It is supost to be a map of Mondern Japan.

Now i know that they don't match exactly but where they belong the territorys are too small to put the stations in.

is there anyway that you can copy the map into a paint and circle what is pixely?

That is because of the texture(with we plan to change).

What do you mean the red dot is out of place?

The icons are to simble a station.

I also plan to add sea routes to make Kyushu seam like its into its rightful place same thing with Hokkaido.

Here ya go: really all of the borders. You cant fix this problem b/c you have 1pxl borders.

Here's an example of a pixely line and a not pixely line:

Ok, im sure it will look good.

Here's a pic. I guess its part of a flag, but it looks weird....

The icons are to simble a station.
so...they can attack eachother?
I also plan to add sea routes to make Kyushu seam like its into its rightful place same thing with Hokkaido.

AS long as Hokkaido can attack Tohoku. Cause Tohoku has a pretty high border.

I like it, its looking pretty good! 8)

That is why you draw borders with a brush tool not a pen tool. (in photoshop at least.
