But that's stupid. Because a cop will investigate sam, find him to be guilty, we lynch sam, find out that he is scum and then people re-read and will see if I was trying to protect him and lynch me.
Yes there is a chance he is scum. Since no-one has countered we have to for now believe him. While obviously we can't just forget about him we need to investiagate his claim. But for now with no evidence pointing otherwise we can count sam as town
You can never be sure that anyone is telling the truth, but sam's claim was quite indepth & the role is definately in the game so with nobody counterclaiming he should be clean.
