Let's review how things happened:

Round 6:
Rallyraider (Shoe) moves from «Pink Battle Ship» to «Blue Battle Ship» (Reserved for wurmsrus (Wheelbarrow))
thedoggdakdes (Cannon) doesn't buy «Orange Battle Ship»

Round 7:
Auction of «Orange Battle Ship» ended with wurmsrus (Wheelbarrow) offering the winning bid of $456
wurmsrus (Wheelbarrow) requests a Rent Game with Rallyraider (Shoe) for landing on «Blue Battle Ship». Current rent is $25.
Game 2454381 has been created for wurmsrus (Wheelbarrow) and Rallyraider (Shoe)

I know it says you won the auction "before" you request the RG but.. if you look at Round 6, Shoe's turn was first (this is where you asked for rent) then later was Cannon's turn and he didn't buy and so it was auctioned and you won it. So you won the auction AFTER Shoe stepped on your blue battle ship so you only had one at that time thus $25. Any more questions?
