Yes, Sully is in the Southern Hemisphere. The toilets still work the same, though.

Yes, Sully is in the Southern Hemisphere. The toilets still work the same, though.



Actually toilets, and sinks, etc. do flow the opposite direction, from the Northern Hemisphere, down the drain due to the Coriolis effect.

Also I'm thinking Australia.

That's an urban legend. http://www.snopes.com/science/coriolis.asp You'd have to have a toilet bowl the size of Texas for the Coriolis effect to impact it meaningfully.

Should we ask if he's in Queensland? If yes, we know he's in queensland, if no he's in in Victoria, New South Wales, ACT or Tasmania... But it cuts our land area by half....

Maybe we should ask if he's north or south of the border between New South Wales and Victoria. If yes, then we have three regions, if no, we have two regions.
