The impassables look better now... Central provinces will still be pretty much impossible to hold, but that's only one bonus area so it probably won't matter.

Draft 2.4:

Changes:
* Changed Nord-Tshopo border to make it more clear that Sud-Tshopo borders Haut-Uele
* Added an impassable at Sankuru to make it somewhat less impossible to hold Central (still hard though)
* Deleted Sud-Tshopo to Nord-Kivu one way attack
* Added one way attack from Nord-Kivu to Ituri
* The Congo "logo" is now transparent and rotated to make it look like a presidential seal on the letter

It's ok, you can have one bonus that is almost impossible to hold. Kinda like Asia in classic.

One problem, the large map cannot be any larger than 840x800. Yours is 918× 835.

Hmm, I know, but its really weird: the background rectangle is 840x800, but I keep getting empty space around it. How can I get rid of that?

What program are you using?

Is it giving you the option to change canvas or image? Cause on cs2 you change canvas size, you get the rectangles but if you change image size you get... well... a different image size.
