so if there is 1 wall post i want to keep out of hundereds i have to delete them all one at a time.

what a pointless update.

expanding the wall to show 10 or 20 at a time and check boxes beside them to allow us to select which to delete just like pm's would have been a great update.

If we can have a suggestions topic collecting all the wall suggestions, Dako can look into producing another update in the future. The suggestions I've seen so far that could be included in a suggestions topic:

  • Option to turn off wall completely
  • Option to turn off wall avatars only
  • Option to show more wall posts per page / or expand
  • Checkboxes to delete, in case you wanted to keep certain items that would be deleted in a mass deletion

Add an option to delete all posts from a specific user.

Nice update - thing is - "Empty Wall" option seemed to be there for me to click on other user's walls - I hope it wouldn't have worked if I had accidentally done so ;)

A user can try to submit such a wall clearing, but unless that user has such permission (I.E. only Admins and Wall Owner) the request won't go through! :D

Nothing will happen when you click "Empty wall" on other profile. It is a visual bug but the functionality will not work for other walls. I jsut tried on yours ;).

Wow--I have been waiting for this--and what timing:

* 5001 wall comments • Page 1 of 1001 • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ... 1001

Just hit 5001 comments on my wall on page 1001--interesting timing

copy it and paste it if you just want to keep that one

I am finally glad to get rid of my 5000--I sure did not want to do it one page at a time--watch out CC here comes the space you have been needing.

I know I bitched a bit about the wall update, because the avatars are annoying, but quite honestly the other improvement FAR outweight that. Being able to put clickable game links in wall posts is a huge improvement in functionality! That alone justifies this update, and now that I've disabled avatars I think it's absolutely fantastic!

The old way still works. Save some and delete the rest.
