Thanks, all questions answered, despite the redundancy in posing them.
Please add player Slaylark as our 6th. Note, the Capital S. I see another slaylark on team 4. I'm assuming two different players. I wouldn't want to think that team 4 tried to steal my guy
Completely disregard this comment. It appears they did steal my guy. The gloves are coming off team 4, we're serving notice.
We are still at 5 players.

Question on a player being able to only play a map one time. How does this work for away games? Combine all home and away maps and only play a map once?
Also, do we make new maps and settings and player assignments for each round?

one time per home set, as many times as he wants for away set

yes, every round you can go same, or change anything you wish

Our set already has a winner with more than 24 victory for my clan.
I can only find 2 games for the xroad-NOS, how comes?

and xroads didn't find a sub for nosurvivors so I need to just distribute games randomly

How is this tournament completed when only 8 games have been played in the finals out of 41? You need to make the games as requested by the teams and finish out the tournament properly, or I will find someone who will.

If you try and do that, I will drop all my tourneys and never run any again.
They have both made their decision not to accept those invites, so those games will not count.

They did not join the games because you did not make them with the correct settings. Tournament players are not supposed to join games if they have the wrong settings.

Does anyone really want someone like this running tournaments anyway? Seems he is just in it to gain medals with as little effort as possible

Seriously I'll run it. I'm volunteering to create all games and send invites, not a big deal for this final!
Seriously well done for this tourney so far, it's not easy to create 164 games first round, it's very long! But I don't see why you loose your calm here?
