All of your applications have been accepted and you have been assigned space in the mall, except JMac. His application was rejected as its business model isn't sustainable for all mall tenants.

Thanks Saxi. Now all of the people at Plywood and Planks can get wood while viewing our products from across the way. A great way to entice cross store purchases.

Awesome! i received a lot of real estate. Chris Ponds will expand! We will be expanding our hours and become a nightclub to show off our night lighting skills. We will still offer the seating for patrons during the day but will now offer a grill...just pick your favorite koi out of the numerous ponds and our Chef bogan will cook it up for you. for the nightclub, we plan to turn one of the ponds into a jungle juice mixer and you will be able to fill up your glass out of the waterfall. we may be adding more services as we start construction and get a good feel for the space....

Saxi, I note that the pond dealer is now installing a grill. Is this contrary to his lease? I would assume the lease would proprietors from "muscling" in to their area of retail. I am of course referencing the Food Court.
