Depends whos neck we are talking about, our guy Duke has a long neck so if he is measured against Tommy who has a short neck from ducking all those bullets (ratatatatat) we are way out in front.

tried it. Doesnt work. He doesnt actually have a neck. It seems that his head is fused to his ribs?
