This tournament is now complete. In the final round, Team 7 missed two invites so they forfeited their final round game, but that had no bearing on the final tournament result.
Team 1 and Team 3 finished with a tied record of 5-2. As the original post indicated, should two teams be tied at the conclusion of the tournament, the winner of that head to head match would be declared the winner, and as such, Team 1 beat Team 3, so they're the winners.
