Here is a list of things I am planning. Most of these don't require mod powers so I was planning to do them anyway for funsies, but here are some basic plans for now.
If you have any comments on any of these feel free to give your opinion, or if you have other suggestions.

* Spam vs Mafia forum Insult Risk tournament
* Declutter by changing what threads are pinned. New threads may be needed or old ones kept
- Thread listing common roles with basic descriptions, and links to useful websites for mafia information
- Mafia statistics for the current year because everyone secretly loves stats
- Single topic to act as a mafia player chillout zone - place for people to talk about other shit, new players to introduce themselves etc as a means to keep people looking in here while they wait between games

* Mafia Discussions to become an archive. Reason being is that people very rarely notice new topics made in there and 1-2 active topics in the main section gives the impression that this zone is dead. Instead all new topics are made in the main forum - as topics get old/unused in order to keep it looking tidy I will move them to the relevant archive as necessary. If a topic in the mafia discussion archive becomes active again then it will be moved to the main once again.

* I'm going to start going into all mafia games here and there and posting a Last post counter for all players in the game, just to give an idea of how long a gap people are leaving in activity.

Other plans are currently remaining secret as I have forgotten what they are for now. Cheers.
