if you have the most points, sure. that itself is an accomplishment where a medal should be given.
how about a single elimination auto tournament? everyone who wants to can sign up. Every stage with different settings. last on standing gets the crown for a year and do it again every year.
Make platinum cross-map medal be a requirement for Conqueror
