you are in charge, but normally Multi's are stopped, finito, and kicked from all games. I think you should rethink that part, because you let him earn extra points as a Cook when he sure doesn't play like a cook. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing
And others: it's not "hey rank him as a 1000 and minimal point difference, he played that map like a champ and is in no way a Cook
