I don't know if you can do that at this point. I think the 5-day Fair Notice period has expired, and at this point the only way someone could respond to a high-level move like my Elephant&Castle would be something of a higher level. I think unless you have an Exchequer's Warrant you'll need to go Pancras at the very least.

Well, I have to warn you all that this has been a long walk and I'm already at Pratt Street.

Well, a non necrobump post by TT and an explaination of a former basement bar, that used to be here that obviously was inspired by Pubs and the tube.
Lovely.
It was very well done. I didn't apreciate it when it was here. The folks that made it are obviously crazy wealth now and don't even seem to have a location here. They probably just go set up new ones then collect franchise fees like Ray Kroc.

I forgot to stop walking and I'm now in Edinburgh.

Ha!
Edinburgh is an Offsides Penalty, north of M25 (Bedfordshire, I believe). Perhaps, you meant Epping? That, plus my Pall Mall rhyming strategy, and Dickensian Bonus (Ye Olde Curiosity Shop, ...see it and weep)
Puts me safely in Knightsbridge for high tea, while you're stuck with a repair delay in Mudchute. Next time, best 'Mind the Gap'.
