You shouldn't jump to conclusions like that. He had also been busted a few times and already had one point reset due to suspicious point gains. He's been banned from the site.
About time... Maybe some of the other chronic point takers will soon follow his fate. I know a few others jump in everytime someone is dumping.

The mods are trying to cut down on the likes of farming.
The only people who purposely join games to gain the points being dumped are those who are desperate for free points.
I think that players who obviously benefitted from dumped points on purpose should be given a warning.
I'm also thinking that this thread might want to be locked soon
