Well it is possible for a mod to put in a rule like the ghost player, however it is unlike to happen and hasn't happened as of yetzel.

PR can also mean the following-- Power Role. A role that involves the player making an active choice, usually at night, but sometimes during the day. Refers to roles like Cop, Doctor, Vigilante, Roleblocker, Rolecop, etc. Power Roles can apply to Mafia and Town alike.

To avoid confusion, we usually just use PR for Post Restriction.

idk, that hasn't been used in over a year or more imo. PR more often refers to power role now.

They did at one point, but then Fircoal had a game where certain players had to have x number of posts as part of their win condition so we were just spamming that game to reach it.
