Standings have been updated as of this morning. I have also included the all-important "playoffs line" for each division so you can see how far you have to go to either make or stay in the playoffs for the second half of the season.
I was going to make new games this morning, but it has come to my attention that one of our players needs an extra day or two to get his premium renewed due to some paypal difficulties. So, I'll have new games for you in the next couple of days.

Alright, I have fixed the troubles with the standings and all should be correct now. There are a couple of teams that don't have their "detailed records" available at the moment while I gather some more information.
The main part of the standings is fixed though.
Back to creating games for me.

Okay, did a standings update for you guys this afternoon.
Looks like BaldAdonis and Quad City are running away with things.
Anyways, while doing this update I came upon a realization. First, that it takes an awful long time to do the standings when I include Conference, Division, Home, and Away records. Second, that Conference and Division records mean absolutely squat because the AHL plays an unbalanced schedule. Third, I could wait until the end of the season to see if we even need the Home/Away records for tie-breaking purposes.
So, that's what I decided to do. I got rid of the other things besides just the overall records and points, and will use them if necessary to break ties at the end of the season.
What I discovered is that it now takes me 30 minutes to do a standings update instead of 3 hours.......so......yeah, things will move more nicely now.

Big standings update done this morning. I'm now going to sift through all the games waiting for players and send out some reminders. It looks like for the most part everyone should only have a handful of games to finish at this point, so we should all reach the 50 games completed plateau soon enough.
I will start the All-Star game as soon as it is mathematically impossible for anyone to catch up to the leaders who qualify.
