this is due to BOB
look to the left and you'll see BOB Menu, click on the Map Options button and some choices will pop down; by clicking on the horiz or vert alignment, you can align the numbers back on top of each other. you can also stop using BOB but you lose the functionality it provides
cloudcatcher wrote:I've got a problem with both the maps I've played on in the tournament, and ONLY on those two maps: all armies are shown double, once in the circle where they should be and once a bit above that and to the left. Bob takes the armies shown outside the circle (when pointing to those armies, it displays. When pointing to the circle, nothing happens). It's not happening on any other map. It started on the Middle Earth map halfway through the game, and it's on the Africa map too, and was there from the start.
Any ideas what could cause it? It is a bit confusing when looking at the maps, doesn't influence the playing, though.
Kind regards

After more than a month of playing we finally know the last 2 players from Canada that advance to Stage 2. In Round 33 of the Canada Group 4
Game 2967030 [player]mwcc[/player] (CAN) eliminated Edmonton's [player]spidey[/player] (CAN). With this action [player]mwcc[/player] (CAN) and [player]elfcasino[/player] (CAN) will take the tickets to Stage 2.

As expected the Canada Group 4
Game 2967030 ended soon enough. After the elimination of [player]spidey[/player] (CAN) in Round 33, [player]mwcc[/player] (CAN) eliminated [player]elfcasino[/player] (CAN) in Round 35 and won the game.
The Stage 2 game for Canada
Game 3250130 is already created and they all joined already except [player]im2good4theboard[/player] (CAN).
After more than a month of playing in the Serbia
Game 2964179 Novi Sad's [player]Despot[/player] (SRB) was Novi Sadly enough kicked out for missing too many turns.
The Stage 2 game for South America Group 2
Game 3138260 was won in Round 13 by Chilean [player]deego86[/player] (CHL). In Round 11 [player]deego86[/player] (CHL) eliminated Brazilian [player]danyboy[/player] (BRA). This was an important elimination for the South America Group 1
Game 3138253 players as other Brazilian [player]RADAGA[/player] (BRA) is now official qualified for Stage 2 and Argentina's [player]italianipastido[/player] (ARG) is now definitely out of the Tourney. In Round 12 [player]deego86[/player] (CHL) ended the hopes of Peruvian [player]locojes[/player] (PER) as he eliminated him. Therefore [player]Campanita[/player] (ARG) from Argentina who was eliminated at the end will join [player]deego86[/player] (CHL), [player]RADAGA[/player] (BRA) and Uruguayan [player]nejda[/player] (URU) for South America to the Main Tournament. These 4 players are exactly those who won the Stage 1 games. Well done guys & girl.

goozook wrote:Hi Iron

Well that's difficult maths, but I wrote it in the PM I have sent to all Asian players:
From these 4 games a total of 7 players from different countries will qualify for the Main Tournament. This means that players from the same country (Israel, Iran, China, Hong Kong, Rep. of Korea & Singapore) are dependent of the result of their fellow countryman in one of the other games.
The following happens:
If both players of the same country end the same in their game, this means both winner or both runner-up, the player who ended better in the Stage 1 game qualifies. The other player will be replaced by a player from another country.
Here is the ranking, according to Stage 1, which will decide which player qualifies in case of more players end the same:
1 - goozook (IRI) winner of 8 player game > Group 4
1 - JimMaWong (KOR) winner of 8 player game > Group 4
3 - Shai (ISR) winner of 6 player game > Group 3
3 - nykhone (SIN) winner of 6 player game > Group 3
5 - chac (LIB) winner of 5 player game > Group 1
5 - Chariot of Fire (HKG) winner of 5 player game > Group 1
5 - cinematic (CAM) winner of 5 player game > Group 2
5 - MRniceGUY (PHI) winner of 5 player game > Group 1
9 - leyla (IRI) runner-up of 8 player game > Group 2
9 - MuSaShi[X] (JPN) runner-up of 8 player game > Group 2
11 - ifinci (ISR) runner-up of 6 player game > Group 4
11 - Shu (CHN) runner-up of 6 player game > Group 4
11 - anamainiacks (SIN) runner-up of 6 player game > Group 4
14 - xiaotian (HKG) runner-up of 5 player game > Group 3
14 - jademagon (THA) runner-up of 5 player game > Group 3
14 - easontai (MAS) runner-up of 5 player game > Group 3
17 - Idashla (KOR) No.3 of 8 player game > Group 1
18 - drunkenmarauder (CHN) No.3 of 6 player game > Group 2
19 - cm3207 (UAE) No.3 of 5 player game > Group 2
20 - Digibomb (IND) No.4 of 8 player game > Group 1
Hope everything is clear. If there are questions please ask.So in your case it looks good. If you are 1st you qualify, because you defeated the other Iranian player ([player]leyla[/player] (IRI)) in Stage 1. If you are 2nd and [player]leyla[/player] (IRI) doesn't win her game you are also through. That's because you have the best seeding as you won an 8 player game in Stage 1. You even have a chance by finishing 3rd. If [player]leyla[/player] (IRI) doesnt end 1st or 2nd and if from 2 or more countries with 2 players both players end 1st or 2nd.
Regards,
Iron Maid

I'm happy to say that the first player who joined the Tourney won his Stage 1 game. Major [player]Zemljanin[/player] (SRB) won the Serbia
Game 2964179 in Round 25 by eliminating his opponents: [player]jela[/player] (SRB) and New Belgrade's [player]vladablok9a[/player] (SRB). He did a fair job as he didn't bring in the armies on the border from Acarnani to Epirus after [player]Despot[/player] (SRB) was kicked out. My compliments to [player]Zemljanin[/player] (SRB).
After [player]im2good4theboard[/player] (CAN) joined the Canada
Game 3250130 all Stage 2 games for North America started now.
In Round 9 of the Other North America Group 1
Game 3151081 [player]vax[/player] (TRI) from Trinidad eliminated Costa Rican [player]Elegarth[/player] (CRC). But it seems that it didn't help [player]vax[/player] (TRI) as [player]jackupton[/player] (ISV) from the US Virgin Islands and [player]vtonic[/player] (HON) are having a thruce.

I will close Stage 1 on October 1st. The armies you receive for the last turn in September will decide which player advances to Stage 2. This will be done for all Stage 1 games: Sweden, Germany, Spain, Slovenia & New Zealand Group 3.
Sorry that I have to make this decision, but too many players are waiting for a few games to end.

Well finally in Round 49 the Slovenia
Game 2964139 ended. In Round 46 it was first [player]LaZyMaN[/player] (SLO) who started the action by eliminating [player]tminc83[/player] (SLO). But it was lieutenant [player]Pecka[/player] (SLO) who claimed the victory 3 rounds later as he eliminated both Portoroz's [player]tito81[/player] (SLO) and [player]LaZyMaN[/player] (SLO).
In Round 35 of the New Zealand Group 3
Game 3035091 colonel [player]lexie3000[/player] (NZL) eliminated major [player]mcred[/player] (NZL) to reduce the number of remaining players to 3.
In the Stage 2 United States
Game 3179711 [player]Mr. Gix[/player] (USA) eliminated Tennessee's [player]ralphcptc[/player] (USA) in Round 6. [player]Bboru[/player] (USA) and [player]ctgottapee[/player] (USA) are the only 2 players in this game holding a continent.
The Europe Group 1
Game 3205280 lost already 2 players. Croatia's [player]Natali[/player] (CRO) waltzed over [player]tango[/player] (MLT) from Malta in Round 5 and one round later Denmark's [player]Sovsotif[/player] (DEN) eliminated brigadier [player]Beadle[/player] (RUS) from Russia. With the elimination of [player]Beadle[/player] (RUS), Hong Kong's colonel [player]Chariot of Fire[/player] (HKG) is now the highest ranked player that still is active in our Tournament.
The recently created Europe Group 2
Game 3255909 is underway now in Round 2.

In Round 8 of the United States
Game 3179711 lieutenant [player]Bboru[/player] (USA) eliminated fellow lieutenant [player]Darin44[/player] (USA). 6 players left now to fight for the US spot in the Main Tournament.
In shouldn't happen in a Stage 2 game but it did happen. [player]Ricky69[/player] (MEX) from Mexico was kicked out in Round 12 of the Other North America Group 1
Game 3151081 for missing too many turns. It's sad that the Mexican hopes have come to an end by this player who joined under Mexican flag, but played the whole Tourney under US flag.
Captain [player]djelebert[/player] (FRA) from France looks strong in the Europe Group 1
Game 3205280 as he eliminated Iceland's [player]Olafsson[/player] (ISL) in Round 10. [player]Natali[/player] (CRO) from Croatia, who had a good start, and Rome's [player]Neurone[/player] (ITA) seem to be the weakest players now in the game. It seems to be that it will go between [player]djelebert[/player] (FRA), [player]Sovsotif[/player] (DEN) from Denmark and Poland's [player]Master Yoda[/player] (POL) for the 2 tickets to the Main Tournament.
The Australia
Game 3077138 ended September 8th. [player]aristotea[/player] (AUS) won the game by eliminating [player]nukie[/player] (AUS) in Round 26 and [player]Cral42[/player] (AUS) in Round 27. [player]aristotea[/player] (AUS) who is originally from Argentina will go to the Main Tournament. Also in the Main Tournament is Argentinian friend and doubles partner [player]Campanita[/player] (ARG). But don't worry I will put them in different Groups.

The New Zealand Group 3
Game 3035091 finally ended in Round 43. Major [player]NewVEmpire[/player] (NZL) won the game as he first eliminated fellow major [player]realmss[/player] (NZL) in Round 38 and colonel [player]lexie3000[/player] (NZL), who will join him to Stage 2, in Round 43.
The Stage 2 game for New Zealand
Game 3302980 has been created now and it's only waiting for [player]nomadicchris[/player] (NZL) to join.
In the United States
Game 3179711 [player]Bboru[/player] (USA) did another elimination. This time (Round 11) Louisville's [player]Muleyak[/player] (USA) was his victim.
Only 4 players left in the Europe Group 1
Game 3205280 as Zagreb's [player]Natali[/player] (CRO) eliminated Rome's [player]Neurone[/player] (ITA) in Round 10.
The South Africa
Game 3172326 ended September 17th. It was [player]foregone[/player] (RSA) who claimed the victory and the ticket to the Main Tournament in Round 21. Well I didn't update this game for a while.

But the following happened: in Round 6 [player]cloudcatcher[/player] (RSA) eliminated both [player]terrafutan[/player] (RSA) and [player]C_FOUR[/player] (RSA). One round later it was again [player]cloudcatcher[/player] (RSA). This time he eliminated [player]musteriuz[/player] (RSA). In Round 9 [player]scholtz[/player] (RSA) was the next victim of [player]cloudcatcher[/player] (RSA). But after [player]cloudcatcher[/player] (RSA) was growing too big it were both [player]FATHARRY[/player] (RSA) and [player]foregone[/player] (RSA) who stopped him. In Round 20 [player]foregone[/player] (RSA) was the one who eliminated him. After that in Round 21 [player]foregone[/player] (RSA) ended also [player]FATHARRY[/player] (RSA)'s hopes.

Well something finally happened in the Sweden
Game 2961953. In Round 47 Värmdö's [player]Lufsen75[/player] (SWE) eliminated [player]big o[/player] (SWE). [player]Lufsen75[/player] (SWE) lost a lot of armies with this attack and it is now wait and see if he can stand the pressure of the 2 remaining opponents.
The Other North America Group 1
Game 3151081 was won by [player]vtonic[/player] (HON) from Honduras. In Round 23 he eliminated our Trini-boy [player]vax[/player] (TRI) and in Round 24 US Virgin Islands's [player]jackupton[/player] (ISV). Both [player]vtonic[/player] (HON) and [player]jackupton[/player] (ISV) will advance to the Main Tournament.
On September 21st the Europe Group 3
Game 3303053 started. Now only 1 game in Stage 2 hasn't begun: the Europe Group 4 game. For this game we still have to wait for the 3 winners of the Stage 1 games for: Sweden, Spain & Germany.

The Sweden
Game 2961953 is the first game in the Tournament that advanced to Round 50!
Well meanwhile the Asia games all ended (I'm a bit late on updating these):
In the Asia Group 1
Game 3192533 it was Hong Kong's [player]Chariot of Fire[/player] (HKG) who won the game in Round 8. In Round 6 [player]Chariot of Fire[/player] (HKG) eliminated Lebanon's [player]chac[/player] (LIB) and [player]MRniceGUY[/player] (PHI) from the Philippines. Also in Round 6 Korean player [player]Idashla[/player] (KOR) eliminated Indian [player]Digibomb[/player] (IND). But it couldn't help him to fight against [player]Chariot of Fire[/player] (HKG) who ended [player]Idashla[/player] (KOR)'s hopes in Round 8. With the victory [player]Chariot of Fire[/player] (HKG) qualified for the Main Tournament. Runner-up [player]Idashla[/player] (KOR) was unfortunate as the other Korean [player]JimMaWong[/player] (KOR) was also runner-up in his game. Which means that the player who won the Stage 1 game, this was [player]JimMaWong[/player] (KOR), won the ticket to the Main Tournament. No.3 of the game India's [player]Digibomb[/player] (IND) was granted access to an extra game: Asia Play-Off
Game 3322426 in which he fights with 2 others for the last Asian ticket.
The Asia Group 2
Game 3192555 ended in Round 13. Chinese major [player]drunkenmarauder[/player] (CHN) was eliminated early in Round 4 by Japan's [player]MuSaShi[X][/player] (JPN). After that 4 players fighted for the victory. In Round 13 it was Italian in Cambodia [player]cinematic[/player] (CAM) who eliminated his 3 opponents during 1 turn. Iranian [player]leyla[/player] (IRI) was the last one to be eliminated and therefore also receives a ticket to the Main Tournament. No.3 architect [player]cm3207[/player] (UAE) from Dubai will fight in the Asia Play-Off
Game 3322426 for a ticket.

You were the highest ranked player from your country, os if you won your game then you are in. Just give him time to complete all the updates it's a big tourney and although we were done fast some are moving slowly.
