24 hours have passed since I sent out first messages with first games:

• There are overall 135 games
  
• 53 of them have started, so a bit under half and I'd say it's great result
• 4 of those games won't count in the overall standings because wrong players joined them (either my mistake or person joined wrong games). Not bad because I was sure that there will be mistakes and thanks to people messaging me, I avoided some of them
• 82 games haven't started yet, including some that I had to drop an hour ago and remake
• There are 138 empty slots in games. I'm sure that in the next 24 hours this amount will be half of what it is right now
• 61 players haven't found their place in either one of their games or both. I also believe that this number will be a lot smaller by tomorrow when I start sending out reminders
• Several players have messaged me telling that they will join their games soon because they will get slots open
• This might be boring to read but I thought I'll share some facts (and store them to myself)

• Reserves start coming in tomorrow/the day after tomorrow and hopefully most of the games will start in the next 3-4 days, latest in a week

• Appr. 90 hours have passes since first messages and this is what I know right now
  
  • Guess what? We still have 135 overall games
  • 2 of them have finished, I will try to set up next games for these groups later today
  • Exactly 100 games are active
  • Which leads 33 games (38 empty spots) that haven't started yet with 20 people who haven't found their way to their games
  • Some of these people will be replaced (read more below) as of today. Some people will get an extension for a few more days.

  • 20 games are waiting players but they also include games that are number 3+
  • 14 games haven't started yet because people haven't found their way to them (first 2 games)
