Thankyou every1 for joining the China Open Snooker Tourney. Privileges have now been requested & the seedings will now be updated for a final time, with brackets to show the draw.

The number of frames/games will be sent out as follows:

WildcardQualifiers, Rounds 1 & 2 : 4 Frames initially, as its the best of 7 (1 each of players home map choice & 2 of the China themed maps for that round), then single Frames will be sent out until there is a winner
Q-Finals & S-Finals : 5 Frames to begin, being best of 9 (again 1 each of players home map & remaining on the China theme), then as above.
Finals : 6 Frames at start, being best of 11 (again as above)

Invites will be sent out only twice, after which a player will forfeit & opponent will progress to next round.

OK every1 - the 8 WildCard Qualifiers matches will now be sent out, have a great weekend all, I will keep an eye on the matches & send out extra frames as & when needed. Hopefully we will have the results of these Qualifiers after the weekend & begin Round 1 next week.

1st day of Qualifiers under way & already [player]UTAlan[/player] & [player]katd89[/player] have taken 3 out of the 4 frames needed to advance to Round 1, in the 1st session. The remaining games are looking steady, but i'm sure are ready to conclude in a flurry.

In the 2nd session of play, [player]c224![/player] has pulled back 2 frames from [player]UTAlan[/player] & now only trails 3-2.

[player]TODRICH[/player] has opened up a 3-0 lead over [player]6_roller[/player] & looks good to advance into round 1.

[player]Krissan[/player] & [player]agressivo[/player] are battling it out & currently stand at 2-2.

[player]katd89[/player] is looking for 1 more frame to see him through to next round, but [player]Tatts_83[/player] is not giving up without a fight & is presently denying him a clean sweep.
