L-1 means Lynch 1. In other words they are one vote away from being lynched. Kinda like Defcon 1 where they are 1 away from Defcon Red

You can also vote "no lynch". But I don't think it's gonna be very interesting if we don't kill anyone, and it also appears to be customary here to have a first round of "random" votes, before the more serious votes are being placed.
