[spoiler=Rules]The following are my interpretation of the published rules to which I have added rules for clarity and that cover issues not previously specified.
The map settings are Auto; Seq; 20 Rounds. Escalating Spoils on all large maps; Other spoils and Trench are allowed on small maps. A list of the allowed maps is in the original thread.
For each game all players contribute an "Ante" to the Pot. This is 100 initially but increases as the tournament goes on.
The players choose their map and other settings in turn - sending me the map details by pm.
I ask the other players for their play, which are either to fold (not take part and just lose their Ante)
Or Bet an amount; or Call, which is matching the highest bet placed by other players.
An initial call without specifying an amount will be assumed to be the minimum of 100.
They can also go "All In" as a "Make or Break" option. They can do this if they do not have sufficient chips to make a Call option.
In cases where everyone has folded, the person that specified the map will get the pot without playing a game.
If I receive no bid information from a player wiithin 2 invites (2 days) they will lose 25% of their chips (rounded to the nearest 100) and their bid will be set to "fold".
If their remaining chips are then 200 or less they will be out of the tournament.
It will be assumed that the game setter calls a minimum amount of 100 unless specified otherwise.[/spoiler]
