One quick announcement before we start. The format has been changed to a 6-player doubles. This was done since there have been 15 teams that have joined, and that has taken long enough (I think you can agree with me on this). So I asked myself the ultimate question of life...What would Optimus do?

Matchups will be (seed #)
1v14v15
2v12v13
3v10v11
4v8v9
5v6v7

With 2 points awarded to the winner and 1 for 2nd place. Only the winner moves on, while the other 2 will be placed in the losers bracket.

I have to apologize GreecePwns, but thekidstrumpet and I are going to have to bow out of the tournament. He's got too high of a game load at the moment to try and take something like this on and I need to spend some extra time focusing on some Tournament Central upgrades.

Well, I updated the scores for the games that have finished. Group 1 seems to be finishing their games much faster than others (in fact, only 2 groups have at least 1 finished game.

Wave 2 will only be 4 games of each type, and the rest will be 5 each.

I also have another announcement. Groups will recieve their respective waves on certain days of the week:

Group 1 - Mondays
Group 2 - Tuesdays
Group 3 - Wednesdays
Group 4 - Thursdays
Group 5 - Fridays

Score updates done on weekends.

I will check the results myself every Saturday.

Group 2, 3 and 4 getting Wave 2 today.

Considering how bad our doubles games looked at the beginning, I'd say Lufsen75 and I did quite well. We won 4 out of 6. The other teams won one each.
