Hello everyone,

I will be rescuing this tournament. I will be sending out invites to all 12 remaining participants(as listed on the first post of the thread).
However one of the till listed players appears to be Gioduce, the organizer himself who hasn't logged on for a month, so I'll be taking his place. I can't earn any points, but this way the people in group 2 will still be able to earn the same max points as group 1.

Also I'd like to announce that no game shall be played on Baltic states map as that map is not in Beta anymore. This map has thus been replaced by Rail South America with the exact same settings, except for trench as this map is considerably larger.

The groups have been determined by random.org as following:

Everybody has 48 hours to join their game. If they fail to do so, they will be disqualified from the tournament.
The Final will be played on Three Kingdoms of China as has been voted.

Hereby the updated scoreboard. 5 players are already qualified for the next round. As Sotan and JBlombier are tied for the 6th place. They will 5 games against each other on the 5 beta maps. The one with most wins is through to the finals.

EDIT: unfortunately 'Three Kingdoms of China' is now out of beta but due to the late stage of the tournament I have decided to keep the map in the selection. As for the the finals, I will consult with all finalists and the tie-breakers whether they want to keep three kingdoms of China as a final.

Hey,

It has been brought to my attention that the condition for winning the tournament should be cleared up.
As the tournament is terminator in theme, I will use the point-system from previous rounds.

Terminator kill = 2points
last survivor = 1 point

In the final, for the tournament achievement medal, everybody restarts back at zero. So it is your duty to try and kill as many people as possible. In case of a draw, a single tie-breaker game will be made. I hope this clears up any problems. If you have any further questions, I'll gladly answer. Good luck and have fun.

PS: congratulations to TX AG 90 to be crowned terminator king of the tournament and therefore being eligable for the general achievement medal.
