backspin if you are going to resurrect this tourney 3-4 months after its conception I wouldn't suggest just diving into it. I would suggest redrafting players or PM'ing all the players that initially signed up to see if they still want to do it. If you just assume they are all still active and playing (which I'm guessing many aren't or do not want to play) you are going to have a hard time running this tourney and it will not fly the way you would like it to.
