8 looks just about the right number for me

However, give or take 2 or 3 games or so depending on how many team games or if some games are played almost real time like (quick turn around between turns).

For example, the more team games, the lower is the gameload for me or I just lose focus. For example, Handling 8 team games at the same time is beyond me but 8 POLYs is fine. I also feel my team game limit is just 2 realistically or 3 but that will be a stretch. Anyone else feels the same way?

I've made that mistake. 20 seems to be the maximum for me before it starts affecting the rest of my life or gameplay suffers. 12 multiplayers, or 8 1v1 is about right for me. Half that if I want to take it easy.

Tournaments should be reduced in game number. They should be a fun competition, not a grueling ordeal where players have to play 5, 7, 10 concurrent games on the same tiresome map.

For my first couple years I'd keep 60-80 at a time. The were mostly 8 player standards, but at the time I was working full time plus school, it would take me over an hour to take all the turns when I got home. Also, it was before smart phones, I still consider myself to be such a dork of an adult to have logged on nearly daily to a gaming website for so long.

I almost had a hernia from all the pressure, now 2-8 seems like a good number for me.
