All right guys...the first round of the triple jump is out, and the first two legs or the 400-meter relay have been sent....hopefully this gets most of us into some action. I'll send out more events over the next few days and of course I'll be updating results as events proceed.
Good luck all...flex

well done dcc...I'll try to update results each night or at least every other night...still quite a few open slots, so captains please remind your players to join up...I do have two players on reserve if needed...otherwise open slots will just become forfeits.

Although Plash Ricrem started off on the wrong foot (Sirron picked up a +3 drop off the drop and went first) he was able to regain his balance partially down the runway (a couple of clutch mixed sets) on the way to clearing the 14 foot attempt at the pole vault (5286882).

As a help to you as you read through the events...
When an event is ongoing it's header color will be green and a chart/bracket will be shown underneath with results.
When an event is completed it's header color will be red and an awards podium will follow with results posted underneath. (Once an event goes to this code, the point totals will have been included in the total team score...top post)
When an event is still waiting it's header will be black with only general rules posted below.

Please check 100m prelims games for Texas A&M's shoop76. You have him 0-2 in the standings, but I believe he is 2-0. Thank you.

all right, I'll doublecheck those...that's been the toughest event to track so far...so a second time through would be a good idea

If you get a game invitational to your inbox, it could be coming from me as a reminder to fill an open slot in this tournament...I'm using that new "invite" feature to remind people with openings (it's just easier), so just a heads up if you see any of those in your box.
If you're going out of town let me know, so I can plan for it, or arrange for a sitter to play your games. If someone has a game open for 72 hours, I will replace them with the next-available reserve (only one right now) or ask captains to find a replacement. Without a timely replacement, those open games will become forfeits.
Just trying to keep the events moving at a timely pace...we should get some new events started early this week!!!

In a highly contested jump, Plash Ricrem clears the 14' 6" mark (5325233). When asked how he did it he replied, "The unitard. it's all in the bright yellow unitard. And I suppose some focus, determination, and dice given powers also helped."
