Just an FYI that I won't do any scoring in the semis until 4 matches are complete in a group. Way too confusing (and not very useful, anyway) to score elimination-by-elimination.

With only a few points remaining to be won, mongbane has accrued an insurmountable lead in the finals as overlander cannot score the 7 points needed to pass him. As such, mongbane is champion of Initech X: World Termination!

This has been a long tournament and mongbane has been a consistently high performer throughout. Some of the best terminator players were involved in this 48-player event and--given how many different maps were used--I don't think it's a stretch to say that mongbane might be the best foggy terminator player on this site right now. Congratulations truly go out to him. And thanks to all for playing!

Thank you, and everyone who played. Definitely the most exciting (and longest) tourney Ive played in. Can't wait for the next one, or similar. There were some great games and I wouldn't have done it without Lady Luck helping out now and again.
