Save them. Upload them to http://tinypic.com/. Get the image code from the website and use it anywhere, unless its too big, if so then put Big in front of image ilike [BigImg][/BigImg]

Imageshack is best IMO, since it doesn't have an upload limit and allows image sizes of up to 10mb for free...
