If it was poured into the glass halfway then it would be half full, but if it was drank down to half then it would be half empty. The half glass theory has less to do with a person's outlook and more to do with how thirsty they are at that time.

Well, I just reconfigured the array to detect water particles, and I'm getting a reading of 0.499999...
