BOB 4.10.8 Elimination Summary bug

Sometimes BOB will list points twice in the Elimination Summary. To recreate:

1. Enter a finished game or a terminator game that has at least one player dead
2. Elimination Summary is correct, showing how many points were won/lost
3. Load entire log
4. Elimination Summary shows every kill and points taken twice

It appears that BOB will reread the log but not forget what it already knew, so it duplicates the information.
