Total Armies + (Armies Due x Missed Turns) + (Probability of Holding Card Set x Card Set Value) - (2/3 x Territories Held)
I see the formula in help, but I don't quite understand why there's a penalty for holding more territs.
I would guess that it means that the player is too spread out. Why is it 2/3? Is there something special about that number?
Should strength be considered more attack strengh or defensive strength?

The coding cage monkeys goes insane after a longer period of coding.
I suspect Yeti_C, the creator of BOB, got really insane during his BOB coding. So he made something that no one understands and never will understand.
