Fixed.

They have been involved in 31games together. A few as pards in team games. A couple as opponents in team games. Of the others I see 6 that one or the other had won. Mostly baco.

They may favor a little towards each other but I don't see blatant game throwing. If they are trying to do that they sure haven't been greatly successful at it.

After looking at the games and there history. I dont see any clear cut abuse here in ref. to Secret Diplomacy. But i do see enough to note this for future ref. For the time being this is Noted and Closed.
