Conquer Club

This will be a 70 Point Challenge.

70 Games (35 home & 35 away)

All games must be sequential. No manual. No speed. No Nuclear. No beta maps.

Each side shall set up the following:

8 doubles (1 pt each)
13 triples (1 pt each)
14 quads (1 pt each)

[222 player slots]

Maps can be used more than once, but only once in each category (i.e. Feudal War can be used once each for dubs, trips, and quads, but not again in the same category.) Players may only play in a maximum of 20 games. [Violation of this rule will result in that clan forfeiting only the extra games...starting with the last game to start going back to the 20th game]

First Set: 4 doubles, 6 trips, 8 quads....Second Set: 4 doubles, 7 trips, and 6 quads.

Tiebreaker - 5 Random Games – 1 Doubles, 3 Triples, and 1 Quad – All Chained, No Spoils, Sunny (Best of 5 wins!) (Player limitations are disregarded for the tiebreaker)

Expected start date: November 16, 2010

A damn interesting matchup... I want to say Legion by a nose, but a lot will depend on each clan's choice of games. Close either way.

"WAR!" he says, so we go to war with O&H (60pts) in march and fight through to the end of April, but one war isn't enough, we've got to face the goons (40pts) in the conquercup, so we go to war, fighting both at once and we pull out a win in both, we're tired now, but the cup goes on, and the next fight is due in may against none other than TOFU (40pts) so we fight the meat substitutes, we lose to the meat substitutes after giving them a hard gruelling fight going till the end of June, we're tired now, so he says "you've done well troops, we'll have a break now I promise..." the next day ofcourse "WAR!" he says, this time against BSS and this time it's 80pts! so we goes to war in june and it lasts us till August, we're tired now, He says to us "great job boys, you've earned yourself a break, next war will be smaller I promise."
and cheme is a promising man, he is, but the thing is....that sometimes...he says...he says...
"WAR!" He says, this time with Mythology, and this time only 90pts, to commence at the end of August and last us through to just short of mid october, this time we get our break, he promised us a break, he gaves us a break, but you know that cheme....he.....says....he.....says....

"WAR!"

so off we go to war, starting in a few weeks.
I'm glad I got my break, cause now I say it too WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR! and the word will continue to echo through the halls of The Legion, as we march ever onward to war, no matter the foe, The Legion marches to war.

I''ll have to second Incandenza on this one, "damn interesting", hehe. Good luck both sides. May the best clan win. No predictions from me.

Good thing you scheduled a tiebreaker, I expect it'll be that close. Both clans are excellent, this should be a good war. Make sure you ask Pete about his dice.

Is there a restriction with this regarding home and away games? Or is it that if we choose feudal for a trips, you can no longer do so?

Of course not?

The restrictions apply only to each clan's home games. So let's say both clans just fucking love Das Schloss, then we could play that map six times in this challenge (please god, don't let that happen on that abortion of a map).

Hey Legionnaires, look at Nemesis, they are sweet enough to employ a humble freemium (striped too). Isn't that nice? Perhaps if we wait until all the 1st Round games are over...HA can play in a whole 8 games ...or however many a freemium can play at the same time (times 2)...
